The Associates’ Expo is a key part of this event—an opportunity to see and ask questions about a large number of products and services offered by Associate Member companies.  Educational seminars, committee reports, luncheon, and evening reception round out the all day program making for a very valuable experience.

If you would like to attend this year’s Convention, download and complete a registration form above and return this form to the IAAP, with payment, at your earliest convenience.  To avoid delays at the registration desk, please provide the information requested on the registration form so that we can prepare your name tags in advance.

Associate members interested in displaying their goods and services at this year’s convention may download and complete an Associate Member Registration Form and return this form to the IAAP, with payment, at your earliest convenience. An Expo display booth measures 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep and includes an 8 foot tall backdrop, a display table (8 feet x 2 feet), chairs and electrical outlets. This booth configuration will be available to the first 60 associates registering. After the first 60 registrations are received by the IAAP, additional booths may be configured to a smaller size—so register early. A limited number of booths will be available with no backdrop and electrical outlets. Please indicate on the registration form if you do not need a backdrop and electrical outlets.  The cost of an Expo booth includes premium space and a donation towards the Associates’ Luncheon.  Please note: All associate member companies participating in the Expo must purchase booth space and convention tickets for each attendee and booth worker. 

For all attendees, we have blocked rooms at the Springfield Crowne Plaza for the evenings of March 25th and March 26th at the rate of $110.00 per night (single or double), subject to a 10% tax. Make your reservations with the Springfield Crowne Plaza on or before March 4, 2008 in order to get this special rate. Crowne Plaza reservations: (217) 529-7777.
