IAAP Golf Outing—Monday,
August 9, 2010
Panther Creek Country Club
and Piper Glen Golf Club

Each year the IAAP's golf out offers a unique opportunity to have
fun and visit with friends who share your common interests. The scramble format for this year’s outing,
and other important information, are outlined below.
Play a round of golf and join us for dinner all for $175.00.
A dinner only ticket is $50.00
Piper Glen (scramble): Check-in begins at
10:30 a.m.; lunch will be available at 10:30 a.m.; golfers will tee off with a
shotgun style start at 11:30 a.m.
Panther Creek (scramble): Check-in begins
at 11:00 a.m.; lunch will be available at 11:00 a.m.; golfers will tee off with
a shotgun style start at 12:00 Noon.
There are four Challenge Holes and three beverage
holes at each golf course plus Traveling Trophies, a Golf Raffle and numerous
door prizes.
After golf: Everyone will be able to use
the Panther Creek clubhouse locker room to refresh after golf. At 4:00 p.m.,
snacks and two cash bars will be available in the Panther Creek clubhouse; our
dinner buffet will kick off at 5:00 p.m. At the conclusion of our meal we will
award trophies, raffle prizes and door prizes.
Important Things to Note
Please send a check with your
Golfer Registration or Outing Sponsorship forms so
that you are signed up promptly.
We have guaranteed a minimum number of players at
each golf course. If we fill one course but are not making our contractual
guarantee at the other site, the IAAP Golf Committee will have to shift some
folks around. First come, first served!
IAAP Associate members have the opportunity to
help support our Outing at three levels:
Beverage Sponsor: $300.00. If you have a
sign with your company’s logo, your sign will be installed next to one of the
beverage holes located on each golf course. If you don’t have a company sign,
your sponsorship will be recognized on signs placed next to the host bars during
Cocktails and Dinner at Panther Creek Country Club. In addition, beverage
sponsors are listed on the back of the Challenge Hole Guide Sheet that the
golfers refer to all day.
Hole Sponsor: $250.00. Hole sponsors
receive two tee box signs, one on each golf course, and are listed on the back
of the Challenge Hole Guide Sheet.
Lunch Sponsor: $100.00. Lunch Sponsors are
listed on the back of the Challenge Hole Guide Sheet.
If you would like to support this year’s Outing,
please download, fill out and return the Associate Support Fund form, with
payment, to Glenda Schoening, IAAP. Download the form by using the
link above.
Many Associate Members carry
product lines manufactured by a variety of companies. Some of these companies,
while not direct members of the IAAP, may like to participate in our outing as
sponsors. Please give those companies a call.
Also, please note that you can
bring special prizes with you to the outing to be placed into the big prize
drawing that concludes our evening program. Associate members who provide
drawing prizes will receive a special mention during our evening program.
