Safety Conference Display Table

Your company can exhibit products and services during the Aggregate Miner Safety Conference and/or donate a special door prize. Each vendor will be recognized as a reception dinner sponsor and may use an 8’ x 2’ table draped with a table cloth.

$275 IAAP Member ($175 if a Convention Expo Booth is also purchased)

The display table area will be located in the main hall on the 2nd floor where all presentations are made February 21st - 22nd, 2017.

Participants will have the opportunity to visit with you before presentations begin each day, at designated breaks, and during the lunch and evening reception.  

Please note: IAAP members purchasing a safety conference display table and a convention expo booth, these display locations are on different floors of the hotel. You will have time during the afternoon of February 22nd to move your materials to the convention expo area.

 

Convention Expo Booth (available to IAAP members only)

The Associates’ Expo is a key part of this event—an opportunity to exhibit your products and services to a large number of IAAP Producer Members.

The convention expo area will be located on the 1st floor of the hotel during the convention on February 23rd, 2017. EXPO AREA FLOOR PLAN

$325 per space
Price includes 10’ wide by 8’ deep space with an 8’ tall backdrop, a display table (8’x2’), chairs, electrical outlets, wireless internet, and donation towards the Associates’ Luncheon held on February 23rd which entitles your company special recognition in the Convention program and during lunch.
