The Associates' Expo is a key part of this event - an opportunity to exhibit your products and services to a large number of IAAP Producer Members.  The Expo Hall is located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

$425 per booth space plus $250 registration fee for each booth worker

SILENT AUCTION TO BENEFIT IAAP PAC*

A Silent Auction will be held during the Opening Reception on December 2nd.  IAAP Members are invited to donate items.  Proceeds benefit the IAAP Political Action Committee (PAC).

EXAMPLES:  vacation packages, tickets to professional sporting events, popular electronic & tech gadgets, die cast model machinery, hunting accessories, tools, or cash (IAAP will purchase an item on your behalf)...basically, anything that would attract bidders.

By donating an item, Associate members will achieve IAAP “ROCK STAR” status and will receive extensive recognition during the event and in the IAAP Update Newsletter!
