The Convention will kick-off in the Expo Hall on the afternoon/evening of December 2nd with the Opening Reception PLUS Casino Night!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!  The area in the Expo Hall has been extended so that attendees can enjoy heavy hors d' oeuvres & an open bar, visit booths then enjoy the ever popular Casino Night, a Bags Tournament, and more...ALL IN ONE AREA!  Tickets for the $5,000 Education Raffle will be sold plus a Silent Auction and other fun activities will also take place throughout the evening.

The Associates' Expo is a key part of this event - an opportunity to exhibit your products and services to a large number of IAAP Producer Members.  The Expo Hall is located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

$425 per booth space plus $250 registration fee for each booth worker
Price includes 10' wide by 8' deep space with an 8' tall backdrop, a display table (8'x2'), chairs, electrical outlets and wireless internet.

SILENT AUCTION TO BENEFIT IAAP PAC*

A Silent Auction will be held during the Opening Reception on December 2nd.  IAAP Members are invited to donate items.  Proceeds benefit the IAAP Political Action Committee (PAC).

EXAMPLES:  vacation packages, tickets to professional sporting events, popular electronic & tech gadgets, die cast model machinery, hunting accessories, tools, or cash (IAAP will purchase an item on your behalf)...basically, anything that would attract bidders.

By donating an item, Associate members will achieve IAAP “ROCK STAR” status and will receive extensive recognition during the event and in the IAAP Update Newsletter!
