Each year the IAAP's golf outing offers a unique opportunity to have fun, network and visit with friends who share your common interests. For 2026, we will be back in Peoria!

Scramble format golf
- 11:00 - check-in, registration gifts and lunch
- 12:00 noon - golfers tee off (shotgun start)
- Beverages and snacks on both courses
- Interactive & challenge holes
SPONSORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2025 eVENT
Exclusive Gift Sponsor (item for each golfer) $1,500
RB Scott
This sponsor will provide a nice give-away item of their choice for each golfer at both courses (approximately 200). The item can include a company logo and the sponsor is welcome to hand out the item as golfers arrive (optional). (Limited to one sponsor)
Golf Ball Sponsor $1,250
Rock Machinery
This sponsor will pay for a sleeve of golf balls for each golfer at both courses (approximately 50 boxes of balls). The balls can include a company logo and the sponsor is welcome to hand out the balls as golfers arrive (optional). (Limited to one sponsor)
Margarita Hole Sponsor $1000
Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC)
This sponsor will host a margarita hole at WeaverRidge and provide margaritas to the golfers. The sponsor will have the opportunity to mingle with golfers throughout the day. (Limited to one sponsor)
Interactive Hole Sponsor $500
This sponsorship provides the opportunity to interact with golfers throughout the day by hosting a contest or giveaway at a hole at WeaverRidge. Details will be arranged between sponsor and IAAP upon purchase. (Available to a limited number of sponsors)
Beverage Sponsor $500
Your company will be recognized on signage wherever beverages are served at both courses, including beverage stations, beverage carts & host bars.
Hole Sponsor $250
Sponsors will receive two individual tee box signs, one on each golf course.
Lunch & Dinner Sponsor $200
Sponsors will be recognized on the main sponsor sign.
All sponsors will be recognized on the main sponsor sign as well as the challenge hole guide sheet, in the IAAP newsletter and on the IAAP website.

You may also bring special prizes to be placed in the big prize drawing. Members providing prizes will receive a special mention in the IAAP newsletter.
