Mining New Members

As an IAAP member you will undoubtedly experience numerous benefits from membership in this Association.  By taking a little time to speak with others in this industry about joining the IAAP, your efforts are going to be rewarded through a new member recruitment program we are calling Mining New Members.  Each time your efforts encouraging a company to join the IAAP result in a new member, you will be presented with a handsome, engraved, Estwing rock pick on behalf of all IAAP member companies at the Annual Convention.

How to qualify

• During the months between conventions, recruit a new Producer,  Associate, or Clean Fill member to join.
• Instruct the person you talk to about joining to write your name on the membership application as the person encouraging them to join.  You may also contact the IAAP and let us know that you have talked with a potential member about joining.
• If you previously worked for a member company and encourage your new employer to join, then you qualify for this award as well.
