On Tuesday of this week, Governor Pritzker released the IDOT Multi-Year Plan for state road work in Illinois over the next six years. The plan calls for $3.15 billion to be invested this year. When making the announcement, IDOT Acting Secretary Omer Osman indicated that some of the projects may have to be delayed if revenues continue to lag expectations due to COVID, and that the department will be tracking that closely.
